Roundabout Theatre Company presents a new stage adaptation of the Oscar-winning film about an entertainer who leaves the bright lights of show business for the peace and quiet of a Connecticut farmhouse.

Lewis Black Adds Broadway Dates
- Lewis Black’s Black to the Future has added two performances on consecutive Mondays 10/17 and 10/24, both of which will take place at the Marquis Theatre while On Your Feet! is dark. For more on Black’s return to Broadway. click here.
Mandy Gonzalez Joins Hamilton cast
- Mandy Gonzalez (“In the Heights“) is set to start performances in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Hamilton on 9/6. She will succeed Tony winner Renée Elise Goldsberry as Angelica Schuyler, who is scheduled to depart the production on 9/3. Gonzalez can currently be seen on screen in TV’s Madam Secretary and Quantico. Click here for more on the casting announcement.
Jennifer Holliday Returning to Broadway
- Beginning performances 10/4, Tony and Grammy Award winner Jennifer Holliday will assume the role of Shug Avery in the hit Broadway revival of The Color Purple. Heather Headley will give her final performance on 10/2. Holliday claimed instant stardom as Effie White in the original 1981 Broadway production of Dreamgirls.
