Bio-Revue of Franki Valli and the Four Seasons
Jersey Boys is a bio-revue telling the story and singing the songs of the most popular American singing group of the early ’60s, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.
Running since October 2005
Hummable chart-toppers like “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You,” and “My Eyes Adored You,” are featured in “Jersey Boys,” making it a perfect show for fans of classic pop-rock.
The story of four blue-collar kids (Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi) working their way from the streets of Newark to the heights of stardom, this slickly staged, emotionally resonant behind-the-music biography has been a favorite of Broadway audiences for many years.
With strong reviews from critics, powerful box office momentum and four Tony Awards including the top musical trophy, “Jersey Boys” has proved instrumental in helping to redeem the idea of a “jukebox musical.” The musical spawned a 2014 movie adaptation directed by Clint Eastwood.

Critic’s Review by the Newark Star-Ledger
Not a jukebox musical stuffed with golden oldies so much as a compelling bio-musical, “Jersey Boys” gets plenty of mileage from can’t-get-em-outta-your-head classics like “Big Girls Don’t Cry” while legitimately employing the music for dramatic purposes.
Audience Review by Caroline

Great feel good show. Mostly singing, not much character development, but entertaining and especially fun if you are familiar with the music of Frankie Valli.
Final Performance January 15th!
All in all, “Jersey Boys” may be as close to a sure bet as you’ll find on Broadway.
